The room was airy, practical with en suite bathroom, a massive comfy bed, good shower, I was pleased.

Excellent and unbeatable location, the staff were attentive. The breakfast was savoury and the parking was on site.

The hotel had a magnificent and unbeatable position, close to the village centre. The provided breakfast was savoury and generous.

Great location near Lake Windermere, clean and comfortable rooms, nearby car park, plenty of nearby restaurants and bars.

The overall features were excellent. The location was brilliant, not too far away from a scenic 70 - ft waterfall. There was lots of places nearby that offered food: restaurants and bars. The staff was superfriendly, pleasant with every request: ) 

Appreciated our stay here and did not want to leave. It was a good base for a weekend trip, had very very good time. Location: the hotel was just off Ambleside town centre as well as away from the lake.
